    Position OverviewThe Director of Finance is a critical role in the organization's financial management team. This position oversees and optimizes the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and operations for our business units. This role is responsible for the management of forecasting, budgeting, and interpretation of business results.

    The Director of Finance will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and more to support key decision-making.


    Location Requirement:
    This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ.Key Result Areas (KRAs)

    Direct and lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives:
    Support the continuous development and implementation of strategic and financial planning and analysis projects, best practices, and process improvementsResponsible for analyzing organizational budgets and performing periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reportingConduct financial modeling and analysis for marketing-specific performance, including LTOs and pricing actionProvide macro-level industry trends and benchmarks, along with knowledgeable commentary on key comparable companies to be included in dashboards and discussed with C-suite at a regular cadenceDevelop key performance indicators measuring the financial health of the business unit:Development and reporting of specific performance metrics, including, ROI, and pro-forma market analysisProvide financial insights and guidance to support strategic business initiatives and investmentsDesign and develop performance reporting frameworks for analyzing business resultsConduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, assisting in making informed business decisionsContributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management:Become a 'business partner' for the business unit and build connectivity between teamsOversee and manage bottoms-up budgets as well as the annual operating planDevelop and oversee dashboard KPIs for financial resultsReviews past and current financial performance against budgeted estimates, and develops models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisionsDevelops strategies meant to assist the organization in meeting its long-term financial objectivesFoster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the finance departmentOther duties as assignedJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, requiredMinimum of 8 years of experience in the financial function of a company, requiredStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from complex financial dataDemonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and cross-functional projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including financial reporting and presentationsProven experience building strong relationships with business partners across functions, and utilizing ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365Extensive knowledge of and ability to build and adapt financial models, including connected three-statement financial modelsStrong knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting/accounting conceptsSkillsFinancial AnalysisBudgeting and ForecastingFinancial ReportingAnalytics and Performance MeasurementPricing and Profitability AnalysisStrategic PlanningStakeholder ManagementLeadershipPhysical RequirementsOccasionally move or lift office itemsMust be able to work in an office environmentMust be able to communicate in an effective manner to perform job dutiesConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copymachines, computers, and office equipmentCompensation:DOEIf you like wild growth and working in a unique and fun environment, surrounded by positive community, you'll enjoy your career with us#J-18808-Ljbffr
