    Description

    Pride Health is hiring for a Home Health RN for a client in El Paso, TX (Contract)

    Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

    Contract: 1 year contract

    Pay Rate: $43-46/hour

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Complete initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs
    • Initiate and develop plan of care to establish goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care actions
    • Plans and implements patient health teaching and counseling regarding the disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention
    • Assess the patients condition every home health care visit
    • Administers medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active RN license
    • BLS Certification
    • 2+ years of home health experience
    • Bilingual is a plus
