- Collaborate with general education teachers to provide support and acmodations for students with special needs in the general education classroom (push-in services).
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Provide small group instruction and targeted interventions for students with special needs (pull-out services).
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
