- • Banking, wires, ACH, positive pay authorizations
- • AR Invoicing, collections, credit checks, and set up
- • AP Invoice entry, check runs
- • Reconcile corporate credit card, expenses reports
- • Calculate Quarterly Commission Statements
- • Update weekly cashflow report for WAM Leadership
- Drive cost savings and reduce overhead of general expenses and contracts
- • Complete month-end and year end closings on time
- • Profit and Loss reports to WAM & WAG leadership
- • Work with CPA and other consultants for audits
- Responsible for plannings, forecasting, analyzing financial data that support/promote operating plans
- Develop annual budget, capital investments and expenditures
- Assist in Inventory Management including obsolete and slow moving provisions
- • Secure all related reports and documents
- • Comply immediately to any government notices
- • Make transactional and general journal entries
- • Process Bi-weekly Payroll, Deductions
- • Maintain documented records online and in network
- • Verify accuracy of Quarterly Payroll reports
- • Benefit coordination of Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, and Voluntary Life programs
- • Review 401k related documents
- • Provide guidance with sound unbiased advice
- • Mange recruitment files and correspondence
- • Interview, offer, onboarding including orientation
- • Ensure legal compliance for federal, state, and local authorities in multiple States.
- • Monitor PTO and holiday schedules
- • Secure all personnel files and maintain confidentiality
- • Update work policies, handbook, manuals, job responsibilities for all positions
- • Initiate and maintain positive employee relations through mentoring, communication, and leadership
- • Maintain 6S practices
- • Assist in approving technical assistance and records for IT Related activity
- • Review business insurance polices to protect WAM
- • Other duties as assigned by the President
- Certified Public Accounting License, bachelor's degree, or 5+ years' experience in similar position
- Ability to deal with highly confidential materials, conversations, and data in a strictly professional manner always.
- Detail orientated, with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, and able to work well to deadlines.
- Ability to communicate company performance related measurables with to the WAM leadership team.
- Strong leadership / management skills with an emphasis in accountability.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure while exhibiting patience, negotiation, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs such as Word and Excel
