    Job Description

    Responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department in various clerical duties. Duties include, but are not limited to, reception, clerical support and communicating with all visitors entering the department.

  • Assist with placing files and alphabetical order, sorting documents and making copies of documents.
  • Primary phone coverage (first to answer all incoming calls).
  • Receive and screen visitors, take messages, for management staff.
  • Prepares New Employee Orientation packages.
  • Assist Employment & Recruitment with candidate's paperwork and credentials.
  • Assist during Job Fairs and other special projects
  • Prepares new hire files for review.
  • Maintain office files, logs, records, or other information concerning the work under the supervisor's control.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and information received.
  • Operate standard office equipment (Xerox and Fax machines).
  • Perform other duties or projects as directed.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    1. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
    2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.
