We are seeking a highly skilled Tool and Mold Maker to join our team at our Pompano Beach facility.

As a Tool and Die Maker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by producing and maintaining precision tooling for our industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Use blueprints, sketches, models, or provided specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies and assemblies.
• Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, by utilizing measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers and dial indicators.
• Utilize machining equipment and hand tools to file, grind, adjust, fit and assemble parts to make, repair or modify dies, gauges, and tooling.
• Conduct testing of completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications; make adjustments as necessary.
