- Perform hand soldering of electronic components including though hole, surface mount and wire harness terminations consistent with IPC or equivalent standards.
- Inspect and test soldered components to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and rework any soldering defects.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform repetitive assembly, terminating, molding, testing and packaging operations to produce connectors and cable assemblies that meet specification of schematics, blueprints, or process instructions.
- Test and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.
- Prior or current IPC certification / J standard
