Bel Brands USA is seeking enthusiastic people to join its manufacturing team in Little Chute WI At Bel Safety is our number one priority All team members act as safety leaders in all responsibilities Team members support operations by engaging in teamwork and continuously improving business This hourly position represented by Teamsters Local Union 662 requires standard operating hours Monday through Friday with overtime may be required Saturdays with regular Sunday overtime for Sanitation department
Responsibilities
- Consistently follows all standard operating procedures disassemble clean sanitize and properly reassemble all items of manufacturing equipment used for production Clean and sanitize all designated production areas Accurately complete daily sanitation checklists and documents for all assigned work areas Responsible for successfully meeting established KPIs Properly utilize all cleaning and sanitizing equipment chemicals reporting any equipment malfunctions Identifies understands issues problems opportunities Uses effective approaches for choosing course of action development of solutions Knows how when to apply technical skills procedures performs complex tasks area expertise All other duties assigned Safety Environmental Quality Follows safety rules procedures working safely ensuring safety others Follows environmental protocols applicable job Follows Good Manufacturing Practices stated within policy Follow food safety procedures Maintains sanitary safe work area performs housekeeping duties necessary required Detect potentially hazardous conditions takes appropriate action report correct
