    Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Level 1 Tech Support (Tech bar walk up). This is a Contract to possible hire opportunity based in Detroit, MI.


    Qualification:
    Requires 1+ years of related work experience.
    Knowledge of imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, Ghost).
    Knowledge of data backup and recovery tools.
    Installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows 7/10.
    Deploying Windows 7/10 in large enterprises.
    Basic hardware and applications.
    Basic network connectivity.
    Configuring backup and recovery options.
    Excellent client and end-user interface.


    Certification:
    A+ Certification is a plus.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide onsite support tech bar to users with operational and technical support.
    Maintain high end-user interface walk up service.
    Resolve incidents and problems associated with end-user equipment.

    Support uses connecting or attempting to connect to the corporate network and assists in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print, and file services.

    Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices.
    Install, upgrade, and repair equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals).
    Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users.

    Provide network printers and scanner network connectivity, including providing network support for device configuration, IP address, and direct TCP/IP output.

    Password resets.
    Configure and support end-users on mobile computing platforms.
    Deskside support services as required.
