    We are seeking an exceptional candidate to coordinate and support operations activities for the Field Service group. This role works closely with the Service Operations Specialist in achieving operational excellence in the field and maintaining metrics for the service group as a whole.

    Some responsibilities may include:

    • Involved with all aspects of project support including product sourcing, acquisition, inventory management, purchase order and quote review, insurance requirements, bonding, general accounting practices, vendor control, order entry/processing, reports, and prepares final invoicing documents for finance.
    • Provides required information to Qualify SXS at customer sites.
    • Manages project product inventory either on site or through consignment terms. May expedite material as needed.
    • Distributes inquiries to the proper person, tracks the hand off and follows up with the person to ensure contact was made and appropriately actioned.
    • Reviews customer purchase orders to ensure they match project quotes and workbooks. Works with Project Managers/Service Technicians and Sales team to resolve any discrepancies.
    • Books orders in the JDE-E1 ERP System, orders SXS material, Issues Purchase Orders for outside product and services, updates change and maintains all associated administrative requirements for the project.
    • Maintains certification data for qualified contractors & ensures they meet H&S standards.
    • Prepares and distributes monthly report for the Services group consisting of utilization, time to respond, workload, etc.
    • Provides business analyst support and prepares confidential correspondence and reports, protecting SXS proprietary data.
    • Assists with the preparation of project close out reviews, departmental reports, and other administrative duties as needed to support project operations
    Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree in Business, related field, or related experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a service related business.
    • Computer experience in word processing, spreadsheet and electronic mail applications with the ability to quickly learn industry specific software.
