The IT Support Specialist works in a support role for the I.T. department with an emphasis on customer service and problem resolution.+
Responsibilities
- Answer Help Desk Calls
- Troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems either over the phone or in person
- Record all calls in KACE call tracking system
- Create eplace faulty hardware
- Create emove user accounts/liDeal with warranty issues/liImage computers using KACE K2000(liReplace leased assets under a deadline
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Professional computer experience required.liValid driver's license and must be able to ski or snowboard at an advanced level/liProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/liKnowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems required/
- A+ Certifications a plus./liAbility to work with and build relationships with employees at all levels throughout the Company/>,
