We're looking for an experienced Director of Product to set the vision and lead the teams that are developing innovative, centralized data capabilities for 2K. You'll direct strategies to streamline how 2K teams collect and leverage data across our studios and publishing teams, and work closely with business and game leadership to attack new opportunities that accelerate 2K's growth and delight our players

    What You Will Do

  • Lead the vision and strategy for a world-class data products organization, building the capabilities required to support AAA game dev and publishing. • Inspire trust and confidence in your teams' ability to deliver through clear and proactive communication, customer empathy, and reliable execution.
  • Work closely with peers in engineering and program management to plan effectively, validate product and technical assumptions, and iteratively deliver value that moves the needle for 2K teams and our players. You will contribute to our shared understanding of what good looks like across multiple dimensions of quality. You will advocate among your peers on behalf of the product, the customer, and the player.

You possess superb communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, along with keen attention to detail. You are equally deft at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Enthusiastic about building organizations and culture. You project coolness under pressure and stability amid high-velocity change, championing 2K values and helping others to grow. You are eager to level up your team, with experience recruiting top-level talent and coaching for performance. You create a fun and fulfilling environment where everyone shows up as their authentic selves to do the finest work of their careers.
