    Job Title:
    Commission Sales Associate

    Reports To:
    Store Manager or Assistant Manager

    General Description:
    The commission sales position is a professional that provides outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Assisting customers in selecting merchandise by asking detailed questions and listening carefully to their responses
    Resolving or escalating customer issues/complaints
    Be a team Player and contribute to building a positive environment
    Operate point of sale system
    Maintain store appearance to provide an enjoyable and safe shopping experience.
    Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, that includes weekends.
    Performance Behaviors To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following performance behaviors:

    Reacts well under pressure; Customer Service - Responds to requests for service and assistance; Uses equipment and materials properly.
