    Job Description:

    The Global Sourcing and Supply Management team is seeking a motivated and thoughtful Supply Chain Strategy Manager


    The GSSM team is responsible for driving extraordinary deals and relationships with sourcing partners, and for ensuring that internal processes are performed in the most effective way.


    You will use project management, analytics, visualization and communication skills to play an important support role for initiatives in the areas of supplier management and operations.


    You think strategically, yet you are in command of the details You have a passion for continuous process improvement, and for driving beneficial change.

    Description


    • Work with stakeholders to create a comprehensive set of business requirements.
    • Create the project scope; identify risks, metrics and KPIs.
    • Gather, organize and visualize relevant data.
    • Lead cross-functional discussions to identify root cause, corrective actions and preventive actions for identified issues.
    • Create process flows to depict current state and desired state.
    • Work with internal teams to map out the critical execution activities.
    • Manage project schedules and report on progress.
    • Communicate and collaborate with
    cross-functional partners.

    Requirement:

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    Key Qualifications


    • Have a good understanding of working with electronics manufacturing partners (contract manufacturers), negotiations, cost models and manufacturing operations.
    • Have a good understanding of the roles played by Planning, Finance and Product Operations.
    • Advanced skills in creating spreadsheets and presentations A basic understanding of data science techniques is ideal.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and multi-tasking in a changing an dynamic environment.
    • Strong work ethic, perseverance, flexibility and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
    Education & Experience


    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA a plus.
    • 4 + years' work experience in a similar role.
