Our firm is growing We're adding a Scheduling Coordinator and Client Service Advisor. This role will support our team by managing calendars for our client-facing advisors including pro-actively reaching out to new, existing, and CRC clients, and updating the calendar for any ongoing changes.
This team member will sit in on client meetings via Zoom and in person, execute compliant case notes in a timely manner, provide clear next steps and workflow for team members, and formulate personalized recommendations for our clients.
Day to day, this team member will divide their time between scheduling and client meetings. We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented individual with excellent listening skills as well as oral and written communication skills. This individual can think on their feet, understand all pillars of our financial planning process, and thrives in a face-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Calling and emailing new prospects, CRC clients, and existing clients to schedule meetings both of our client facing advisors. Aim to meet weekly goals for the number of meetings for each advisor.
Manage advisor calendars for all items outside of client meetings.
Join client meetings in person and virtually, building rapport with clients over time.
Record highly detailed and compliant case notes, transmit next steps in financial planning process to appropriate team members, and manage ongoing agenda for client's financial plan.
Effectively communicate with team members to provide updates to clients during their onboarding.
Problem solve with team or client roadblocks arise.
Assist in managing client correspondence via lead wealth management advisor.
Overtime, conduct client meetings and be responsible for retaining and servicing a group of our clients.
Approximately 5% of this role will be marketing – coordinating client events (1-4 per year) and making updates to our website.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1 year of financial planning experience or a bachelor's degree in an applicable area
MN Life & Health insurance license preferred or obtained within 90 days of start date
History of clean compliance record
Securities license preferred or obtained within 90 days of start date
CFP preferred or willingness to study for this in future years

Our team offers competitive industry pay, 401k with match, PTO, and health insurance. The role would be fully in person (Edina, MN) until fully licensed, with option to move to hybrid role in time.
