Client OverviewOur client is a global player in the electrification and automation market.

To assist them in their continued growth in the US market, we have been called on to assist them in identifying a Quality Engineer to support their local business.

Job Overview The main mission of the Quality Engineer is to oversee PPM control.

The Quality Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring Process quality index, and Implementation of the quality management system in accordance with the reference standards, the objectives of the company and the needs of the customer.

Job DescriptionEnsures that all personnel are properly trained on work instructionsValidates the process and the means of production and establishes compliance with the customer's needsEnsures that the quality system documentation complies with the reference standard, with the customer's needs and in line with the guidelines of the parent companyDevelop effective methods for dealing with internal non conformances, customer complaints and supplier problemsCoordinates the planning, organization and evaluation of the effectiveness of training actions and any other needs that arisePlan, prepare, implement documents for internal and external audits, ensure follow-up of effectiveness and closure of corrective actionAnalyzes and ensures the processing of data relating to process monitoring and measurementThe Ideal Candidate ProfileBS degree in Engineering, or relevant fieldAptitude for Team WorkingKey attributes of Flexibility, Adaptability, and Problem solving skills Knowledge of technical drawingKnowledge of MS Office packageISO 9000 experience is a plusKnowledge of production control tools and methods.

Candidate must show proof of US citizenship/visa/alien registration.
