      • Lead and supervise a skilled team of technicians.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Enforce quality control measures and safety regulations.
      • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards.
    • Client Relations:
      • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
      • Address client concerns promptly.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler systems experience.
    • Proven Project Management success.
    • Strong Foreman experience
    • Strong technical knowledge.
    • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with codes and regulations.
