    We have three selling divisions:

    Warp Brothers manufactures products sold to distributors and consumers; Flex-O-Glass Packaging Division manufactures Industrial Packaging and Specialty films, primarily skin packaging film; Warp's Greenhouse Films Division manufactures films for covering greenhouses.

    A successful candidate will be able to develop and execute key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. Compensation for this position includes a base salary, plus travel expenses and an excellent benefit package.
    Responsibilities
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful initiatives
    Own, manage, and exceed annual corporate sales goals.
    Develop and track KPI's to support business growth
    Develop and execute sales targets and expand customer base and create pipeline of future customers
    Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    Drives brand recognition and growth through active involvement in sales calls and tradeshows
    Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
    Execute market research to navigate market segment and competitor trends
    Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    Understand category-specific markets and trends.
    Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
    Manage and support centralized nationwide sales team to ensure creation and execution of account plans

    Requirements
    Proven executive sales experience, meeting and exceeding targets.
    Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Director.
    Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive level.
    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
    Proven ability to position products against competitors.
    Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    Ability to coach and mentor team members on areas of growth capability
    Requires up to 25% travel per year as business dictates.
    Proficiency in CRM software a plus.
    BA/BS degree in Sales or Marketing
