    $17.00/hr minimum - $23.80/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

    Works collaboratively with physicians and other caregivers to deliver appropriate treatment and nursing interventions in an ambulatory office setting.

    Responsibilities

  • SafetyManages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety
  • Record Keeping
  • Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required, including but not limited to payroll, schedules and status changes.
  • Process Improvement
  • Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system's process improvement goals.
  • Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams.
  • Role Specific ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate quality communication skills between the care team, outside agencies, patients, and their families through written, verbal, observation, and empathy skills.Rooms the patient and documents required and updated clinical information in the electronic medical record following policy and procedures for process.Demonstrates completed competency for accurate and appropriate documentation in the EMR and patient care following scope of clinical role outlined in policy.Follows office procedures to monitor expiration dates and storage conditions of medications and supplies.
  • Qualifications

    Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Licenses and Certification

  • Current BLS certification; BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) preferred
  • Certified Nurses Aid certification preferred
  • Experience and Skills

  • Technical Experience: 1 year of clinical office experience Ability to perform manual blood pressure required.
  • Customer Service: 1 year of customer service
