    Who Are We Looking For?

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

    Zero to three years of experience in audit, accounting, finance, or other related area

    Superior analytical and reasoning skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    A willingness to accept feedback and improve

    Ability and confidence to network and build relationships

    Focus on continuous improvement

    Ability to adapt to varying business segments and organizational change

    High level of customer service

    A team player who will actively contribute to the group in order to meet shared goals

    Some travel may be required

    Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (a blend of remote and in-office schedules) - Subject to change

    What will you do?

    Perform and document tests of the company financial records

    Conduct tests to determine compliance with accounting standards, laws, regulations, and company policies

    Evaluate and test the control environment

    Root cause analysis and process recommendations for weaknesses that are identified

    Performance of special projects as assigned
