Job summary
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Member Service Professionals (MSPs) at the American Express Centurion Lounge in DFW Airport. As MSPs, you will deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the lounge and provide personalized experiences through tailored products and services.Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns
- Employ Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
