    comJOB SUMMARY:
    Capability delivery leader for Fanatics Commerce Finance who is accountable for the successful implementation of new financial systems. Techno-functional leader who executes projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of new capabilities through supporting technologies.

    Provides accounting and finance expertise to engineering colleagues, translating finance business requirements into expected systems behavior in an ERP or financial planning tool.

    Seen as a trusted advisor, this leader can represent finance requirements and system needs to colleagues and senior leaders in other parts of the organization.

    Leverages deep experience implementing finance ERP systems to prioritize and sequence the work of technical teams, partnering with colleagues in engineering and architecture to understand dependencies across different tracks of work.


    GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Leads delivery of Commerce finance technology projects, partnering with colleagues in other functions to ensure successful implementation.
    Provides expertise on Oracle Cloud Financials.
    Functionality to project teams and stakeholders.
    Ensures project scope is clearly understood and that finance requirements are translated into desired systems behavior.
    Ensures Commerce finance requirements are successfully implemented, tested and signed off on throughout the company Oracle ERP journey.
    Deeply understands the data needs of the Commerce Finance function and how data drives key business processes.
    Identifies and acts on opportunities for process automation.
    Provides senior leadership with regular updates on project progress and risk mitigation.
    Partners with colleagues in Controls and Compliance on techno-functional topics.
    Familiar with Change Management and impact to organizations.
    Develops the business case for finance tech investment, leads cost and benefit analysis.
    Performs other related duties assigned as needed.


    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials, accounting principles and the composition of financial statements.
    Prior experience as a management consultant, ideally in the footwear and apparel industry.
    Working knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, cloud computing and the software development process.
    Proven ability to implement complex enterprise systems on time and on budget.
    Experience with data conversion at the enterprise level.
    Ability to distill accounting and technology concepts down to easily understood terminology, communicating them with clarity.
    Ability to build a healthy and productive team culture, fostering collaboration.


    EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or management information systems.
    MBA preferred.5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials as a management consultant or enterprise business champion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
