    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Security Installation Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of physical security installation projects for our clients.

    As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project objectives are met, and deliver high-quality security solutions.

    This role is open to both local and remote candidates.

    Requirements:
    Major Roles and Responsibilities


    Project Planning:
    Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
    Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.

    Resource Management:
    Allocate resources efficiently, including project teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
    Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals.

    Installation Oversight:
    Manage all aspects of physical security installations, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and more.
    Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Quality Control:
    Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship.
    Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications.

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
    Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

    Budget Management:
    Track project expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
    Prepare and submit accurate project budgets and financial reports.

    Documentation:
    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and project reports.
    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Team Leadership:
    Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
    Resolve team conflicts and issues as they arise.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in physical security installations.
    Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
    PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Additional Notes
    Probationary period of 90 days.
    Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired.
    Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years.

    Individual must be able to read and understand instructions in English as well as possess good oral & written communication skills.

    Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements.
