- Visit job sites to walk through projects reviewing and inspecting installation methods and quality of work performed.
- Monitor codes and specifications, installation methods. Maintain thorough knowledge of the systems and equipment being installed.
- Positively identify colors of wires.
- Comprehends reading and drawing prints and schematics of same.
- Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
- Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
- Must be capable of digging trenches, either by use of hand tools or equipment.
- Able to use 2 handed tools/equipment. (i.e. cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jackhammers, etc.)

Job DescriptionSalary: 90-120k/yearRevolution Industrial is looking for experienced Electrical Field Superintendents/Project Managers to join our team. To be consider for this position you must have 3 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent/Project Manager with Commercial or Industrial Experience. The Superintendent/Project Manager is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to company standards and the project specifications. It will ensure that crews are used efficiently and properly and will work with the general contractor in managing the project. In addition, the position will be responsible for productivity, safety, quality control, labor costs, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials, and any other activity that would impact the successful completion of the project.
Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (may be required to travel). We are looking for experienced Electrical Field Superintendents/Project Managers to join our team. The Superintendent/Project Mananger is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to company standards and the project specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

3 years of experience managing Multi-Million Dollar Commercial and Industrial Construction Projects.
Advanced Knowledge of all aspects of Construction Management and Industry Practices.
Advanced Knowledge of NEC Electrical Codes
Advanced in Reading and Interpreting Plans and Specifications
OSHA 10/30 - (Preferred)
Electrical License - (Preferred)
Must be able to pass a 10 Panel Drug Test
Must be able to pass a Background Check (No Felonies in the last 7 years - No Misdemeanors in the last 5 years)
