- Oversee & Manage front desk daily operations of the center.
- Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and signup new customers.
- Answering inquires from potential customers.
- Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center and open, prep, and close facility.
- Engage with children and families in the center.
- Perform administrative tasks related to employees and prospective customers alike.
- Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
- Problem solver and ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.
- Maintain positive team culture for senseis, students, and parents alike
- Report weekly to the executive team on progress and conduct administrative responsibilities
- Knowledge & Experience in business operations, sales, and administrative operations.
- Proven work history with children ages 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
- Flexible schedule and Positive, professional attitude and ability to adapt
- Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies for management & administration
- Experience in a school setting with school-age children a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of the classical curriculum a plus
