What you'll do
- As a Team Leader, you'll act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high. You'll:
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack's standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
- Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled
- Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
- Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description
- Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
- 1-3 years of restaurant leadership required.
- Experience in both front-of-house (service) required.
