    Manufacturing Engineer
    Competitive pay structure

    Innovate and refine plastic manufacturing processes such as structural foam molding and injection molding to enhance efficiency and product quality.

    Identify and implement process improvements to boost production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize defects.
    Collaborate with tooling and equipment designers to develop molds and dies meeting product requirements and cost-effectiveness.

    Partner with material scientists and suppliers to select suitable plastic materials based on mechanical properties, thermal stability, and cost considerations.

    Lead quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and regulatory compliance.
    Manage cross-functional projects for new product introductions, process enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives.
    Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to address production issues and ensure continuous improvement.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations.
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
    Proficiency in CAD software for tooling and fixture design.
    Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes, including injection molding and extrusion.
    Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
    Project management experience preferred.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
