- Assemble metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.)
- Work with team members to maximize productivity
- Cross train on various machines and in various departments to fill in when needed
- Performs frequent quality checks
- Communicate with entire team to reach company goals
- Use hand and power tools
- Work within all safety guidelines
- Keep area well organized and clean

Job DescriptionPosition Overview:As a Sheet Metal Assembler, you are an integral part of our highly motivated and experienced production team.
You will utilize a variety of hand tools to assemble various parts onto commercial Roof Hatches, Smoke Vents, Floor Doors and Access Doors with quality and safety in mind.
You enjoy working with a team to maximize productivity to reach company goals. You'll perform other duties to ensure that the products are successfully transferred through the assembly process.If you value hard work, dependable attendance and want to be part of a loyal, well-tenured and passionate team, we'd love to meet you.
Essential Functions:

-1-3 years sheet metal experience preferred
