    Details:

    Location: Based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area

    Territory: Minneapolis - St. Paul Metropolitan and surrounding area including but not limited to West to St. Cloud, North to Duluth and Western portions of Wisconsin.

    Bonus/Commission: UNCAPPED Commission

    Type: Hybrid, starting at home, traveling throughout the day, ending in home office.

    Benefits: PTO, 401K, Sick Days, Paid Holidays

    Travel: Will be traveling around the area - might have very limited overnight travel <10%

    *Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder*

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or other related Field
    • 3+ Years of experience with outside sales
    • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Ability to drive using your own vehicle, within designated territory on a daily basis, with occasional overnight travel required.
    • Ability to prospect, propose, negotiate & close within a short sale cycle.
    • Previous experience with extensive cold calling and strategic selling experience
    • Effective organizational planning, communication, and superior time management
    • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with familiarity with online technologies, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
    • Field sales experience with a "hunter mentality", strongly preferred.
    • Experience selling solutions to restaurants preferred.
    • Experience hunting in the field with a structured approach.

    • Demonstrated Goal Orientation and Proven Results

    Position Purpose:

    As a Sales Executive, your primary role is to identify and secure new customer accounts within your assigned territory. Focused on prospecting in the field, this hunter position is centered on new account acquisition and does not involve account management. Success in this role will be driven by your self-motivation and strong drive to achieve.

    Responsibilities:

    • Independently and collaboratively develop strategies to generate new business.
    • Conduct daily prospecting activities, primarily in the field.
    • Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts, and pricing.
    • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Record daily sales activities, leads, and pipeline in the online tracking system.
    • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly new business.
