    Team Leader - GISOCC IS Shared Services

    LG ) Mission

    • Support for Quality Management system
    • Periodic reporting of KPIs for GISOCC
    Responsibilities

    • Support in defining the Quality Management system for Development & Services life cycle
    • Provide support for CMMI Benchmark Appraisal for CMMI Services and Development 2.0
    • Preparation of monthly dashboard with identified KPIs Monthly basis
    • Facilitating the identification of performance improvement action plans, in coordination with quality leader
    • Supporting new initiatives with respect to the process excellence model

    Eg:
    CMMi

    • Supporting the implementation of QMS processes
    • Performing data analysis using QC tools
    • Release Process Assets and LLCs in Quality Portal
    • Determine training needs of staff responsible for the Quality
    • Process Training
    • Metrics data collection & assist in analysis
    • Ensure internal audits are conducted and audit findings are reviewed
    • Ensure corrective actions are verified on completion and non-conformances are tracked to closure
    • Escalate open findings to respective support group representatives at the centre
    • Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of quality related issues in the project to Quality Lead
    • Identify areas of process improvement in the project
    • Guide projects to adhere QMS processes to be followed and any tailoring that may be required
    • Suggest Process Improvement initiatives based on metrics analysis and trends
    • Support and monitor the ISQC, LLC,Red Alerts status
    • Ensure on- time submission of quality related data to Quality Lead /GISOCC Managers as per the requirement
    • Participate and support in process improvement initiatives
    Education/Training

    • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech)
    • Knowledge on Quality and CMMi preferred Dev & SVC
    • Skilled usage of Quality tools preferred
    Professional ExperienceCommunication Abilities Autonomous Other Specifications It is preferred to have Good knowledge and experience in Quality Management.
