- Selby Jennings is partnered with a private equity firm that specializes in the distressed residential mortgage loan space and creates returns in securitized products and distressed credit.
- In this role, you will serve as a technical lead over a junior software engineer and database developer and work directly with the Founder and CIO of the firm.
- The primary objective of this position is to build the next-generation, in-house whole loan management system.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure, including RDS, EC2, S3, and third-party applications.
- Experience with AWS Cloud products (RDS, Glue, Athena, DMS, lambda, S3)
- Experience with developing complete, well-tested, database-driven web applications using web app frameworks such as Flask, Django, with proficiency in HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Experience with Business Intelligence (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) solutions a plus
