    Job title: Plant Maintenance Mechanic 2nd and 3rd Shift

    Description

    A Maintenance Mechanic is sought after by a leading manufacturer in Austin, MN. This 2nd and 3rd shift position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance and be familiar with mechanical systems.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
    • Detect and troubleshoot problems using analytical skills

    The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, relevant certifications such as OSHA or HVAC may be advantageous.


    We offer competitive compensation starting at $31 per hour, plus opportunities for overtime pay.
