    About the University Grad Role

    The University Grad will be the voice of Paribus-Ramp for thousands of customers as a Customer Experience Agent directly contacting them when something goes wrong mainly through phone calls but also via email or chat support channels where needed most often then resolve quickly build trust create memorable experiences through fast accurate empathy at every interaction owning means more answering not only call drives issues forward partner product engineering other teams make nothing cracks.
