    Senior Executive Assistant

    We are partnered with a leading investment firm looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join their NYC office and support various senior executives at the firm.

    This is an opportunity to work at a very prestigious firm with incredible leaders in the industry and be a key player across multiple teams. The Senior Executive Assistant will be apart of a growing, dynamic and collaborative work environment with clear room for growth.

    The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

    • Managing complex schedules of numerous senior executives
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
    • Planning travel itineraries
    • Supporting key projects
    • Planning events and reservations
    • Organizing various reports and calendar events

    The Senior Executive Assistant should have the following qualifications:

    • 6-10+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment
    • Financial Services experience highly preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Team playing with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
