- 3D Drafting in Catia V5 & Fusion 360
- Hands on experience using Zeiss 3D Scanning tools & Metrology Software (GomInspect Pro)
- Prototype tooling development & deployment incl. working with tool shops to turn your designs into parts
- Gain hands on experience in Quality Assurances processes including:
- root cause analysis using typical Lean Six Sigma methodology
- PFMEA/DFMEA/Control Plan review with suppliers
- SPC, CAPA
- Gain hands on experience in Quality Control processes and implementation including:
- Day to Day QC activities (Quality gates, measurements, data acquisition)
- QC Gate setup & dynamic checklist management processes & tools
- Assist in the design & implementation of data collection plans, including consideration of how the data will be collected, e.g. check sheets, data coding techniques and automated data collection
- Support Development & Launch of Plant Deviation process including IT implementation (PowerAutomate)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Pursuing or recent graduate with a bachelors degree in related discipline (e.g., engineering, quality, management, or business).
- Skills: Good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
