    Job Title: Massage Therapist

    Description:

    YMD Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy sessions to our clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, customizing massage treatments, and ensuring a comfortable and soothing experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, hot stone, and aromatherapy, based on clients' preferences and needs.
    2. Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate massage treatments and techniques.
    3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and equipment.
    4. Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized home care strategies.
    5. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of massage therapy.
    6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation of treatment plans and progress.
    7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive client care.

    Qualifications:

    1. Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
    2. Proven experience in performing various massage techniques, with a minimum of 3 years in a professional setting.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to assess clients' needs and customize massage treatments accordingly.
    5. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
    6. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
    7. Ability to work flexible hours.
    8. CPR certification (preferred but not required).
    9. Experience with additional wellness modalities such as reflexology and trigger point (a plus).

    Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
