    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
    • Administer medications accurately and safely to guests.
    • Assess guests' health status, communicate changes to the physician, and implement necessary orders.
    • Develop and execute individualized care plans based on assessments.
    • Implement appropriate nursing interventions to maintain stability and prevent complications.
    • Participate in guest assessments and care plan development.

    Requirements:

    • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment.
    • Active RN licensure in the state.
    • CPR certification.
