- Keep an awareness of market developments, new trends, and key competitors to remain competitive in all markets
- Lead generation and outreach directed toward contractors, builders, and property owners in the HVAC industry
- Maintain corporate price and profit margin standards during sales negotiations and closings
- Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers
- Create compelling sales materials to present to potential clients
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required
- Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
