    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We're in search of a Senior Brand Activation Manager who will serve as a dynamic leader, driving our brand's presence and growth within the competitive landscape of the alcohol industry. This role demands a creative strategist with a proven track record in executing impactful marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that elevate our brands to new heights.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Strategic Activation Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement across key markets and retailers.
    • Innovation and Engagement: Champion innovative approaches and identify novel branding platforms to drive brand traction and consumer connection.
    • Event Planning and Execution: Direct the planning and execution of non-festival events, experiential marketing activities, and grassroots initiatives to amplify brand presence.
    • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with breweries, event organizers, sponsors, and stakeholders to support joint programming and activation efforts.
    • Resource Allocation: Optimize activation plans by market and brand to maximize performance within allocated resources, with a focus on key markets like Boston and VT.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate internally and externally to develop and implement plans that excite and engage stakeholders while driving in-market results.
    • Budget Oversight: Set and manage budgets for activation campaigns, ensuring optimal spending across various initiatives.
    • Performance Analysis: Establish program KPIs, monitor campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in marketing, or related field; Masters degree is a plus
    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing activation, brand management, or a related role, with strong, demonstrated results - ideally for both new as well as legacy brands
    • Strong track record of using quantitative and analytical skills as well as business acumen to develop and implement in-market plans that engage external stakeholders and achieve in-market results
    • Proficiency in project management as well as Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
    • Knowledge of the beer industry, including market trends and consumer preferences
    • Have enthusiasm for craft beer in general and the MBBC portfolio in particular
