    Manager, Global Supply Chain Security OperationsJob Summary:
    The Sr.

    Manager, Global Supply Chain Security Operations role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes in Critical Incident Operations.

    This role will lead large and complex risk strategy projects, conduct root cause analyses, lead key decisions, and track end-to-end progress towards organizational goals.

    This position is fully on-site in Durham, North Carolina.

    YesWhat you'll do Develop a global supply chain security strategy and deploy across a global network including strategic partners in print, packout, warehousing, and transportationManage the implementation of new programs and processes related to Risk Incidents; hold stakeholders accountable for progress on key deliverablesCreate reports and metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and regular updates to senior leadershipIncorporate improvements to established procedures/processes related to compliance, quality, and customer escalationsGather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to develop clear and detailed business requirements to drive delivery of organizational quality and customer sentiment goalsCollaborate with team members to develop new mechanisms and work cross-functionally with multiple business partnersSupport internal Critical Incident Operations with program knowledge and develop action plans to resolve process issues and mitigate risksOwnership and end to end delivery of projects with detailed project plan creation and trackingWhat you'll bring Ten years of relevant professional experience, plus two (2) years of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertiseBachelor's degree required, preferably in Program Manager, Statistics, Crisis Management, Compliance/Quality, or Business AdministrationPMP CertificationExperience conducting root cause analysis in a production environment; identify performance gaps and determine appropriate steps to prevent reoccurrenceA proven understanding of complex business and operational processes and workflows with experience working in retail, operations, production, distribution or call/command centerProven track record of successful project management and program implementationCustomer service experience with the ability to approach problems with sound logic; ensuring the appropriate customer outcomeStrong analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data and identify trends.
