    Job Summary:

    Independence Home Health is seeking an Administrator for their Lakeland office. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the quality and safe delivery of home health care services, coordinating services in line with the Agency's philosophy and standards of care, and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Agency.

    Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
    • Prior experience in health services administration, including at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and oversee operations to guarantee the delivery of appropriate care and services.
    • Ensure current clinical information and best practices within the Agency.
    • Utilize statistical data to assess service quality and quantity.
    • Evaluate and enhance services and programs.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels.
    • Coordinate with other departments and management as needed.
    • Supervise clinical staff in their duties, such as admissions, discharges, and patient care.
    • Facilitate ongoing communication between the Governing Body and staff.
    • Ensure proper staff supervision at all times and designate alternates when necessary.
