    Job Description:


    GDIT's Military Health Team is hiring Logistics & Facilites Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) in Bethesda, MD.


    • Anticipated work Schedule- full-time- on-site- Monday - Friday, on-site, 7:30 am-4pm with a 30-min. lunch break.
    • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

    _NICoE improves the lives of service members with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other invisible wounds of war through excellence in interdisciplinary TBI clinical care, research, and education.

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN
    IMPACT:


    • Supports acquisition management of expendable items and services utilized by the organization, such as repair parts, hardware, supplies and equipment are processed in accordance with rules and regulations.
    • Supports requests for services to repair equipment and the ordering of a wide variety/ complexity of parts and highly technical equipment.
    • Receives, stores, inventories, identifies, and issues a full range of available items.
    • Supports Contract Management. Serves as a point of coordination and control of one-time and recurring service contracts for the Medical Maintenance Branch.
    • Analyzes budget requirements and provides recommendations based on submission of requisitions by the organization.
    • Facilitate repair projects with contractors or installation public works services.
    • Supports compliance with regulations and building standards to ensure safe and reliable operations of the facility.
    • Prepare estimates for repair, alterations, installation or construction of facilities.
    • Coordinate projects to maintain patient care buildings.
    • Maintain facility information resources utilizing data management systems.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (required):

    • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare or related field.
    • 3 years of relevant DHA supply, logistics, or facilities experience.
    • Experience with Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS).
    • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to draft, edit, review DoD correspondence in support of operations.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    • Ability to execute assigned tasks with minimal leadership oversight – well organized, self-motivated, and disciplined.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 public trust.
