    The Opportunity

    As the Valet Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and effective supervision of the Valet Department during assigned shifts. You will uphold safety standards, oversee team performance, and ensure exceptional Guest service.

    What You Get to Do
    • Supervise Valet Associates during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
    • Ensure the safe transportation of Guest vehicles, maintaining utmost care and responsibility.
    • Monitor all activities within the casino complex and surrounding property, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, controls, and safety standards.
    • Serve as the primary contact for the Valet Department in the absence of the Transportation Manager.
    • Assist in developing and adjusting Valet Department schedules to meet operational needs.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the training of new Valet Associates, ensuring proficiency and adherence to standards.
    • Maintain a regular schedule to fulfill office-related duties and assist in parking vehicles as needed.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the demands of the Valet Department during peak times and special events.
    • Maintain a current valid driver's license and proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmissions.
    • Report all incidents promptly and accurately, following established procedures.
    • Act as the initial point of contact for Guest complaints and claims, providing prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
    • Assist in collecting information and conducting investigations for claims as needed.
    • Collaborate in scheduling routine maintenance for Valet vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Fulfill other assigned departmental duties to contribute to the team's overall success and efficiency.

    What Qualifies You
    • High school diploma, or general education degree (GED).
    • Three months supervisory experience.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Must meet criteria to be insured through our Company's vehicle insurance policy.
    • Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
    • Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's).
    • Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

    • This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety and service excellence, and the ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs.
    • The Valet Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive Guest experience and efficient departmental operations.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide courteous and efficient service to Guests.
    • Effective verbal communication skills to interact with Guests, and team members.
    • Capability to handle unexpected situations, such as accidents or Guest inquiries, with calmness and efficiency.
    • Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changes in workload or Guest demands.
    Physical Requirements
    • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to:
    • Talk and hear.
    • See and adjust focus to include close, distance, depth, and peripheral vision.
    • Stand, walk, run, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl.
    • Handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands.
    • Lift and/or move objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
    Work Environment

    While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to:
    • A low-to-moderate noise level (offices).
    • A moderate-to-loud noise level (public areas).
    • Second-hand cigarette/cigar smoke.
    • Exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold.
