    Description

    Job Title: Business Analyst

    Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project goals and objectives
    • Analyze sales and service associates' performance data in a financial services industry
    • Create process flows, data maps, and technical flows using Draw.io
    • Develop Epics to track project releases and status using JIRA
    • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM Analytics
    • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries on DBeaver tool
    • Build Ad-Hoc reports for business users using Tableau
    • Researches and evaluates alternative solutions to ongoing business issues
    • Determines and specifies business requirements, workflows, use cases, and processes for financial services products
    • Synthesizes data for actionable insights
    • Assesses performance of sales teams
    • Serves as a liaison to satisfy new and evolving Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting needs

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field
    • Five (5) years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analysis (or closely related occupation) liaising with stakeholders and product owners
    • Alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analysis (or closely related occupation)
    • Demonstrated Expertise (DE) building KPIs and metrics for sales and service associates in the financial domain, using Oracle, Snowflake, Airflow, and Alteryx
    • Experience performing data warehousing implementations using Kimble dimensional modelling and data vault modelling with structured and unstructured data, testing strategies, and business use cases

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

    Location: Remote or Onsite (dependent on role)
