The Senior Benefits Analyst position will support the client's US R&D benefits and payroll initiatives. Management of Strategic and Day to Day Benefits / Payroll Administration. Drive the delivery of benefits for the US collaborating with the 2 other entities in the US.Evaluation of benefits program, driving for improvements based upon analysis and market understanding, ensuring compliance of programs with local laws.
