    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced belt foreman to join our team at one of our underground operations in Alabama.


    • To succeed as a belt foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of conveyor belt systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. SUPERVISION OF BELT SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND OPERATION: Lead installation teams to ensure efficient execution, monitor system performance during normal operating conditions and respond promptly to issues that may arise. 
    2.
