    Role Overview: As our Marketing and Digital Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving engagement across all channels. From crafting compelling content to managing social media campaigns, optimizing our online presence, organize trade-shows and follow-up on trade-show leads. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference and shape the future of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, print, email, and digital advertising, to promote our hard products and increase brand awareness.
    • Create engaging and persuasive content for our website, blog, and social media channels, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products.
    • Manage and optimize our website for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings, driving more visitors to discover our products online.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in our online marketing strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and SEO.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
    • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
