Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

Perform interventional radiology procedures using radiological technology for minimally invasive techniques
Act as first point of contact for referrals and patients
Attend patient consultations and perform initial examinations and assessments
Make recommendations to referring physicians, patients, and families under interventional radiologist guidance
Perform daily rounds and communicate patient progress to medical staff and radiologists
Handle heart catheterizations, PCI procedures, IABP insertions, STEMI calls, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology cases
Maintain 30-minute response time for call situations
Work 8-10 on-call days per month
Weekend schedule to be determined
2 years of catheterization laboratory experience required

Required certifications:
ACLS (AHA), ARRT, BLS (AHA)

Illinois state license required
COVID and flu vaccinations required with no declinations approved
Must have experience with interventional radiology cases and cardiac procedures
