- Perform various security actions supporting the Government's Security Program.
- Assess and process actions for the DoD Personnel Reliability Program.
- Record and monitor changes in JPAS related to SAP and SCI access.
- Assist with security inquiries and reporting preparation.
- Review and verify submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Make recommendations on actions for individuals with access to classified information.
- Support investigations and coordinate security requirements.
- Maintain classified holdings and handle sensitive information.
- Prepare courier authorizations and conduct briefings.
- Assist in facility inspections and security program reviews.
- Process self-reporting forms for SAP and SCI.
- Coordinate investigations, security access, and screening packets.
- Support security policies and procedures implementation.
- Assist with polygraph program activities and certifications.
- Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and maintain JPAS accounts.
- Coordinate documentation for signature reduction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Certification from ASIS as Security Professional or DSS under the Professional Education Development Program.
- Minimum HS diploma.
- Willingness to complete CI Poly as required.
- TS security clearance eligible for SCI.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with MS Office Suite and JPAS.
- Ability to learn and use databases effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge certifications.
- Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach daily.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally.
- Noise level: Low to moderate.
