    Select, design, and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment as needed to improve safety, quality, throughput, and productivity objectivesDevelop and continually improve written process and test work instructionsDesign and implement shop floor layouts and workflowsEstablish and lead training, development, and certification plans for production associates and engineering technicians.

    Identify, justify, plan, and lead continuous improvement and capacity expansion projects using Lean Manufacturing tools.

    Experience leading project and/or self-directed work teamsKnowledge of ISO-9000 based quality systemsKnowledge of MRP/ERP systemsBilingual English-Spanish Preferred.
